At Lost Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that high-end archival pieces and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to ensure the garment maintains its structural integrity during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
